BharosaMart delivers all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, M&P and Trax.
Shipping charges
- Delivery is FREE all over Pakistan. There is no delivery charge and no Cash on Delivery handling charge. The price you see on the product page is the total you pay.
- Checkout will show the shipping cost as Rs 0 before you confirm the order.
- International orders are charged separately and are quoted at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are confirmed by phone call or SMS and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

These are estimates. Weather, strikes and courier backlogs can add a day or two.
Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. No advance payment is required for standard orders.
Order tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched we send you the courier tracking number by SMS. You can track it on the courier's website, or email us and we will check it for you.
Failed delivery and wrong address
Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or the phone was unreachable, it is returned to us and the order is cancelled.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging is visibly torn or tampered with, please refuse delivery or open it in front of the rider and email us immediately. See our Refund & Return Policy for the claim process.
