This website is operated by BharosaMart ("we", "us", "our"), Lahore, Pakistan. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here: Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this website. You confirm that the information you give us – name, address and phone number – is accurate and complete.
3. Products and pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Product photographs are for illustration. Minor differences in colour, shade or packaging may occur between the photo and the delivered item.
- We try to keep all information accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors in price, description or availability, and to cancel an order affected by such an error with a full refund.
- Stock is limited. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a hold, or a cancellation.
4. Orders and confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone call or SMS before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order – for example where we suspect fraud, repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels, an incomplete address, or an unreachable phone number.
5. Payment
We primarily accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the courier at the time of delivery. Where advance payment methods are offered, details are shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and courier details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to place fraudulent or malicious orders, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to copy, scrape or resell our content without written permission.
9. Intellectual property
The BharosaMart name, logo, website design and original content are our property. Product images supplied by our suppliers remain the property of their respective owners and are used for the purpose of selling those products.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
11. Third-party links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or policies of those sites.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
